What is the Global Groove Dance Party?
The Global Groove Dance Party is an online celebration of movement, music, and connection. Led by The World Groove Movement facilitators, it’s a chance to dance your heart out with people from all over the world. You’ll experience high-energy beats, simple and fun moves anyone can do, and a vibrant, supportive community—all from the comfort of your own space.
Do I need to be a dancer to join?
No dance experience? No problem! This party is all about moving your body your way. The moves are easy to follow, fun, and designed for all ages and levels. Just bring your energy and a willingness to groove.
What do I need to join the party?
All you need is:
✅ A device with internet access (phone, tablet, or computer)
✅ A little space to move
✅ Your favorite comfy clothes

Is it really free?
Yes! This Global Groove Dance Party is 100% free to join. Donations are welcome if you’d like to support our mission to get the world grooving—but there’s no pressure.

Misty Tripoli
Hi, I’m Misty Tripoli: global movement creator, speaker, and unapologetic lover of all things raw, real, and wildly freeing. I’m the founder of The World GROOVE Movement and Body GROOVE, and have spent over 20 years helping people reconnect to their bodies, their truth, and their joy.
When I’m not leading retreats, workshops, or global dance parties, you’ll find me barefoot in the jungle, soaking up the sun, rescuing dogs, sipping strong coffee, and laughing way too loud.
I’m a full-time rebel for freedom, a part-time mischief maker, and forever in love with helping others remember that their bodies were born to move—and their lives were meant to feel good.
